# Refunds and cancellation

## Current web availability

The AudioMultiCut browser editor is free. Paid web services are not currently available to buy. See [pricing and availability](https://audiomulticut.com/pricing) for details. The policy below applies to AudioMultiCut web purchases made through Paddle when paid web services become available.

## 14-day full refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of each payment, including a subscription renewal. There are no usage conditions or exceptions to this window: using the software does not remove your eligibility for a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights or any additional rights under [Paddle's buyer terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and[refund policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). These rights may apply beyond the 14-day window. Paddle handles the payment and processes refunds for purchases made through its checkout.

## Request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit[Paddle buyer support](https://paddle.net/). You can also [contact AudioMultiCut](https://audiomulticut.com/contact) for help with a purchase. Include the purchase email and receipt or transaction reference so the payment can be located. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials.

## Subscription cancellation

If you have an AudioMultiCut subscription through Paddle, use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support to cancel it. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund. One-off purchases do not renew. No AudioMultiCut web subscription is currently offered.

## App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made through Apple or Google Play follow the relevant store's billing, cancellation, and refund process. For Apple purchases,[request a refund from Apple](https://support.apple.com/118223). For Google Play purchases, use[Google Play's refund process](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). A web purchase does not automatically unlock either mobile app.
