Service Description
AudioMultiCut is a free web application that allows users to:
- • Cut multiple segments from audio files
- • Automatically detect segments in audio content
- • Export processed audio segments in various formats
- • Process audio files locally in their web browser
- • Download the native app for iPhone and iPad from the App Store where available
User Responsibilities
Content Ownership and Rights
- • You must own or have proper licenses for all audio files you process
- • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, modify, and distribute your audio content
- • You must not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
- • You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Prohibited Uses
- • Processing copyrighted audio without proper licenses
- • Creating content that violates any laws or regulations
- • Attempting to reverse engineer or misuse the service
- • Using the service to harm, harass, or intimidate others
- • Automated or bulk processing that could impact service performance
iOS App
- • The official native app is available from the App Store for supported Apple devices and regions
- • App Store purchases, refunds, and availability are handled through Apple's systems
- • The app may use free, subscription, credit-based, or separately paid features
- • If you bought the iOS app before it moved to a free plan, your purchase keeps the features it included while those features remain available; it does not guarantee future features, separate paid offerings, subscriptions, credits, or continued app availability
- • Regional availability may be limited by App Store restrictions
Service Limitations
Browser-Based Processing
- • Processing capabilities depend on your device's performance
- • Large audio files may cause browser slowdowns or crashes
- • Service functionality depends on browser compatibility
- • We recommend using modern browsers for best performance
- • Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
- • Features may be modified or discontinued without notice
- • Browser compatibility may vary across different platforms
Privacy and Data
- • All audio processing happens locally in your browser
- • Your audio files are never uploaded to our servers
- • We collect usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy
- • If you previously submitted the iOS beta signup form, you allowed us to use your email and optional use-case details to manage beta access, send beta updates, ask for feedback, provide support, share limited iOS app launch updates, and link your email with your beta account, TestFlight tester status, and site/app analytics identifiers for beta operations and product improvement
- • To be removed from the beta list or stop beta communications, use the unsubscribe link in a beta email, reply to any beta email, or contact us through the feedback form and ask for removal
- • You retain full ownership and control of your audio content
Analytics and Tracking
By using AudioMultiCut, you consent to the collection of anonymous analytics data through:
- • Google Analytics and Google Ads for usage tracking and advertising optimization
- • Mixpanel for feature usage analysis and product improvement
- • Hotjar for user experience insights and interface optimization
- • Vercel Analytics for performance monitoring and web vitals tracking
All analytics data is anonymized and does not include your audio content or personal information.
Intellectual Property
- • AudioMultiCut interface and code remain our intellectual property
- • You retain all rights to your original audio content
- • Processed audio segments remain your property
- • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our application code
Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranty
AudioMultiCut is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
