AudioMultiCut support

Practical help for loading files, making cuts, exporting clips, browser compatibility, privacy, and reporting bugs.

File loading

AudioMultiCut works with MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, and formats your browser can decode. If a file fails, try Chrome or Edge on desktop, close memory-heavy tabs, or export the source file as WAV/MP3 from the original app.

Downloads

When exporting several clips, your browser may block multiple downloads. Allow automatic downloads for audiomulticut.com, or download clips one at a time from the segment list.

Private recordings

The main editor processes audio locally in your browser. Your audio content is not uploaded to AudioMultiCut servers just to split, trim, preview, or export clips.

Getting help

For support, include the browser, device, file type, recording length, output format, and the exact step that failed. That makes bugs much easier to reproduce.

Still stuck?

Send a report through the feedback form. For file-specific problems, do not send private audio unless you are comfortable sharing it.
